About Kerrie Obbink

Kerrie has been active in the Hampton Roads real estate market since 2016. Consistently in the top 10% of the licensed agents within the local market, she has a lot of experience with both buying and selling real estate. Kerrie has helped over 100 families with their purchases and sales, including land and residential sales. Education is a fundamental aspect that she takes very seriously, and thoroughly explains every detail involved in a transaction. 


Outside of real estate, Kerrie is a homeschooling mother to 5 children. Married for ten years to a Navy veteran turned stay at home dad, she has experience as both the military spouse/stay at home mom, and the working mom. On her two acre homestead she houses chickens, goats, pigs, turkeys, rabbits, dogs and cats. 


Relationships are very important to Kerrie, and she finds ways to relate to her clients on a personal level.
